Scope of policy application This policy applies to all purchased clothing items. Due to the product attributes (hygiene, customization, etc.), we currently do not support no-reason returns, exchanges or refunds. Please confirm the size, color and style details before placing an order.
Handling of exceptional cases If any of the following problems occur, please contact customer service (todayesque@kuwclothecsa.com) within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide evidence (such as photos/videos) : Serious defects of the product (such as damage, large areas of stains) The wrong item was sent (not matching the order) Damage caused by logistics (original packaging must be retained) Note: After verification by us, we will provide you with an exchange or refund compensation.
Precautions The return and exchange application should be accompanied by: order number, problem description, and clear evidence. Packages returned without communication will be rejected by us and we will not be held responsible. Promotional/clearance items and undergarments (such as underwear and socks) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
